1. Checking in your vehicle
When you bring your vehicle in for repairs our adjuster will review the repairs on the vehicle, examine any pre-existing conditions that are present at the time of drop off as well as address any concerns you may have about the repair process. If desired, we will give you a rough estimate of how long your vehicle will be in our shop. If there are any questions at this time or during the repair process, please don’t be shy. We pride ourselves on being the leader in automotive repairs, processes, claim handling, and procedures. If we don’t have the answer we will strive to find the correct one.
2. Blue-printing (tear-down)
This is the disassembly stage where we will find any and all damages related to the accident. We find any hidden damage that may slow, lengthen or stop the repair process. Here, the repair plan will be built, documented and begun. After the blue-printing process is complete, we will order any replacement parts needed for the repairs.
3. Body Repairs
Your vehicle will be in the shop for repairs at this stage. During this time replacement parts are checked, prepped and line up in proper repair procedure. Repair panels are straightened as mandated by factory specifications. All repairs are checked for imperfections or faults before being shipped to the refinish process.
4. Paint Shop
At this stage your vehicle will be inside the paint section of the shop. During your vehicle’s time here, paint color will be matched specifically to your vehicle. Repair and replacement body panels will be prepped and checked for imperfections before paint application.
5. Reassembly
Final assembly, wheel alignments, and component operations will be completed while in this department. Close inspection of body lines, paint imperfections, and basic assembly will return your vehicle to 100% pre-accident condition.
6. Clean Up
Our final courtesy cleaning will make it look like your vehicle was never in an accident. A true final inspection will be performed by our elite technicians and accomplished inspectors. Only after all of these steps have been performed will your vehicle be ready for delivery.
7. Pick Up
At this time, you will be called for delivery and payment. Our excellent office staff will properly bill your insurance company for all charges related to the accident and inform you of any charges that you may or may not be responsible for. We will review all warranties and guarantees at this time as well as answer any further questions you may have.
